Catering for the people that recycle all your festival waste. As you can imagine these people are hungry and need feeding up for their very physical day of collecting, sorting and recycling.

An international festival of young people from all over the world meeting to share skills to promote environmental and social change throughout the world. Feeding young people from a multitude of different cultures was a challenge we rose to and all were well fed and content.

An international festival celebrating new technology art in Cambridge. We ran a cafe on Parkers Piece in Cambridge for three days cooking for both the public and the festival staff.

Trans Europe Halles Conference 'Escalator International'
The European Network of Independent Cultural Centres held its 60th meeting at The Junction in Cambridge. This was a major European arts conference and showcase event where we cooked for delegates from all over Europe. We even received a standing ovation for our food on the last evening!

Catering for a weekend of filming on a zombie western set in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside. See the finished article at the International Cambridge Film Festival 2008. Imagine catering for cowboy and cowgirl zombies complete with pistols. What fun!www.wysingarts.org
